It's a wonderful building I moved in a month ago and people are very happy and engaging
My Mom lived here for four years. It became a home with great friends. It is quite, clean and friendly. I would recommend this apartment.
This apartment is very clean and tidy. I have not seen one bug or spider since moving in three months ago. The apartments are bright and there is tons of in-apartment storage as well as one locker. I understand that before covid there were a lot of social clubs and the Seniors Centre can be accessed from the lobby.
Parkview Place is a community not just a beautiful apartment building.
I have a 7th floor west facing balcony,hallowed ground Memorial park with Cenotaph built early 1900 honoring the veterans responsible for my beautiful Canadian life. Parkview Place is attached to the senior centre. The last two 6'×12' snooker tables look upon Memorial park. I am fortunate,grateful and still in awe standing on my balcony at night.
