Dr Rima is great but their office is extremely aggressive in booking recurring appointments and threaten to charge a high cancellation/no-show fee. We didn’t think our 1 yr old needed a follow up every 6 months and we forced to go a second time due to their fees. Then we tried to cancel three times (!) and got a verbal confirmation it was cancelled only to once again receive a call yesterday reminding us we had an appointment coming up in a month. A very attentive doctor. Everything was done quickly, neatly, and professionally.
There is no more gentle, kind, and expert team of pediatric dentistry anywhere--even with the most fearful of patients. We are grateful every single day for Parkview Pediatric's dental care. The office is so cheerful, calm, and bright, and Jenny and Dr. Parikh are simply outstanding professionals. For a family with a young person of special needs they have been an absolute lifeline. There aren't enough stars here to rate their excellence.
