Dr Rima is great but their office is extremely aggressive in booking recurring appointments and threaten to charge a high cancellation/no-show fee. We didn’t think our 1 yr old needed a follow up every 6 months and we forced to go a second time due to their fees. Then we tried to cancel three times (!) and got a verbal confirmation it was cancelled only to once again receive a call yesterday reminding us we had an appointment coming up in a month.
