This apartment building is very clean and quiet
Parkview East has been by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is unhelpful, the noise levels are unbearable, and the overall living conditions are unacceptable. We paid over $1,800 monthly for a two bed/one bath. First, the cleanliness standards were horrible—not just around the complex but inside our actual apartment when we moved in. This place has gotten SO dirty. We moved in almost 8 years ago and the downfall is shocking. Building leadership sits in the office listening to loud music. Stairs never vacuumed. They post quiet hours and mention nothing about just being respectful to neighbors. When your neighbor below you blares music so loud at 1pm that people on my conference call can hear and management does not care. Its become a challenge to work from home. Clean up this place! Lived here at Parkview for 4+ years. Great location and area, which is growing. Management staff, especially Kirsten has been a solid resource for any of my questions, concerns or just general information She is friendly and reliable as well as one of the reasons I continue to live here.
