Carpet in corridors are fifley people dragging there garbage down the halls, animal feces and urine also and in the elevators. Used to be so clean and inviting now going downhill quickly
The lady in the office, Mikah was very nice, helpful, And answered all of our questions. I’m looking for an apartment next year and excited about all the renovations. She said is coming!!!

This place is hands down the absolute WORST place I’ve ever lived. Management is inept, the building constantly had pet urine and feces in the hallways and elevators, the elevators were broken down frequently, the smell of pot smoke was rampant inside the building, and the management company does not maintain appliances properly. They had a broken air conditioner in my unit and refused to fix it saying it was functioning perfectly. Good apartment! The new management has been great so far, in my experience. They put a lot of effort into keeping the place nice and clean and have hired professional cleaning crews that come in a few times a week for the common areas. They take complaints seriously and handle them in a timely manner. There are plenty of concerts at the Draw over the summer, along with art fests and food trucks. An indoor pool and hot tub are also available for use right next door! There's a big balcony space as well, which is a plus.
