My experience with Park View East thus far, has been positive in all ways. Getting the place and moving in was a super easy process. The property management team promptly answered all of my pre move in questions. Location is great, the neighbors I’ve came across so far are chill, and the apartment and garage are exactly what was expected.

When I did my tour before deciding to move here I was told that the dog park was going to be redone, artificial grass with a watering system and instead all they did was add more pebble rock as the black lining was showing all over and was a tripping hazzard for the dogs and people. I myself tripped several times. They also aren't doing DNA testing so since November I've been picking up after lazy dog owners and I've probably picked up close to 400 piles of other owners dog poop. Its a great place to live no matter if your single or have a bunch of kids they gave an apt to suit your needs if your responcible about paying your rent a want a modern place to call home then Parkview East apts is a perfect place to call hone

Lived here at Parkview for 5 years and just signed my 6th year lease. Questioning my decision now. The office is empty more than open and when someone is there, they are not friendly or welcoming. The property inside is filthy and the parking lot is not much better. The decks on the backside have junk hanging off of them and items that have fallen down. The saddest point is when I moved in in 2020, it was a beautiful, clean and well managed property. The location is ideal but where it stands now is disgraceful.
