Poor communication, dirty building, poor management... DO NOT live here. It is a great location but do not let that be a selling point. I'm highly disappointed and it feels as if the management is non-existent.
Lived here at Parkview for 4+ years. Great location and area, which is growing. Management staff, especially Kirsten has been a solid resource for any of my questions, concerns or just general information She is friendly and reliable as well as one of the reasons I continue to live here.
Unfortunately, DW Jones management is consistently unresponsive. The emergency line doesn’t seem to function, and the property manager has shown little accountability or willingness to engage when issues are reported. A lot of issues could be avoided if the property manager just simply said “I’m sorry. We’ll work on that.”—just basic soft skills. Parkview East has been by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is unhelpful, the noise levels are unbearable, and the overall living conditions are unacceptable. We paid over $1,800 monthly for a two bed/one bath. First, the cleanliness standards were horrible—not just around the complex but inside our actual apartment when we moved in.
