Unfortunately, DW Jones management is consistently unresponsive. The emergency line doesn’t seem to function, and the property manager has shown little accountability or willingness to engage when issues are reported. A lot of issues could be avoided if the property manager just simply said “I’m sorry. We’ll work on that.”—just basic soft skills. Parkview East has been by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is unhelpful, the noise levels are unbearable, and the overall living conditions are unacceptable. We paid over $1,800 monthly for a two bed/one bath. First, the cleanliness standards were horrible—not just around the complex but inside our actual apartment when we moved in. This apartment building is very clean and quiet
Parkview East has been by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is unhelpful, the noise levels are unbearable, and the overall living conditions are unacceptable. This place has gotten SO dirty. We moved in almost 8 years ago and the downfall is shocking. Building leadership sits in the office listening to loud music. Stairs never vacuumed. They post quiet hours and mention nothing about just being respectful to neighbors. When your neighbor below you blares music so loud at 1pm that people on my conference call can hear and management does not care. Its become a challenge to work from home. Clean up this place!
