Was exploring an investment opportunity and I came across Silber Estate in an up-and-coming neighborhood. Did a walkthru and was impressed with the quality of the construction and modern look. Good school district in Spring Branch and minutes from Uptown Houston.
A Lesson in KARMA- I Put a contract on a townhome at their Silber Estates development for $399,000 in March (2022). Paid my $3900 earnest money. They “re-priced” my townhome (that I was under contract on) on 5/27 to $509,000 due to “uncontrollable increase in cost” plus City of Houston told them they needed to add a retention pond (thus one lot couldn’t be developed and sold).
