I originally had some concerns during my experience, but I really appreciate that the management team followed up with me and took the time to listen and respond. They were respectful and seemed genuinely interested in making things better. It’s clear they care about their residents, and I respect that. Thank you to the team for the way you handled everything — it made a big difference.
Sadly, as much as we liked the property and the area we will not be renting here. Husband and I showed up for a SCHEDULED tour this morning only for no one to be in the office. My husband had to track the manager down in the community, only for her to insist on rescheduling due to the owners being there. We put aside our busy schedules with work and our kids scheduled activities only to be pushed aside and treated as if our time doesn't matter. Me and roommate made a appointment for 6-9-2025 and 9am person was never there to show the house, we knocked on the door many times and it took 20min for some maintenance man to answer the door to say she won’t be here until 9:30 So we wait, not 5 min later another maintenance guy pulls up ask if we are here to tour a house we say yes and he tells us on well she won’t be here today… honestly annoying me and my roommate work about 60 hours in a week it’s hard for us to find time to even look at house as is and today was just ... read more
