These apartments are trash do no move in here!!! Maintenance never comes .. the roofs are always leaking when it rains so there’s mold they clean the grounds MAYBE once a week but NEVER the trash can stalls . You have to call a million times to get anything fixed because they think they are getting away with these slum lord activities! As soon as i can find another apartment I’m out of here!!! The rent is cheap because everything in the apartment is cheap! Oh and bugs come out of the drains
I had lived here my whole childhood and i moved in with my lil family the manager is NO where near professional my restroom cellling was leaking and he didn’t want to do anything and wait for the the other guy to come Monday when this happened Friday night and got very disrespectful bc i told him I wanted this issue resolved that night . One time everyone’s toilets were messed and since it was a Friday everyone basically had to wait even thought he said plumbers were coming they never did.
