My Aunt lives here. Very well taken care of building with extensive updates including elevators, new pool, updated concrete balconies and amenities have all been refurbished. One of the only condos I know of to have a caretaker that is there daily-he is very proud of this building and it shows. Excellent management company.
Peace and quite in the heart of the city !? You bet.Nice pool 2 cool off in the summer. Decent new and clean exercise room, Awesome party/ meeting room. Excellent cleaning staff . Our girls are the best. Our on site manager is always friendly and knows this place inside out.
