I have family who live at this mobile home park. It used to be full of families. Now it's beginning to look like a junk yard. It has changed hands 3 times and who ever is the owner, lives in California and could care less about the renters. It's such a shame. It's beginning to smell, and there are numerous feral cats running everywhere in the park. The trailers are falling apart.
This park has really improved operations and quality of life, they have a good vision for where things are going and massive improvmentt
Well owners had to park for almost 2 years now never got a new contract Elise don't know the rules to the park nothing but they keep going up on the rent you can't do this and you can't do that cuz you don't know anything with the policies in rules. I don't recommend this place for anybody!!! It's getting so bad around here to people are moving out in droves and has gotten worse
