I promise, this is long but absolutely worth the read! I lived there a little under 7 years. Recently a car driven by another one of THEIR tenants, drove his car through my apartment on February 01, 2024. And hitting my husband, (no im not mad at the guy, at all. He had a medical emergency.) t's officially March 11, 2024. They have yet, to start on construction on my apartment. Exposed wiring on the outside of some of the buildings. Very poorly lit at night. Entrance to the community is in desperate need of repair. Handrails improperly installed in stairwells. I could go on but park terrace doesn't care. You can tell just by looking at the condition of the place. Don't give me your "we're not immune" to the worker shortage generic response. No one will work there because of POOR MANAGEMENT!
Don't go here! This place is a run down financial TRAP! They can't keep a maintenance or office person for very long.
