Management is not great at all.
Desiree Jamie and Shane are awesome the office is always open and Desiree is quick to help you with any issues you are having Shane is an amazing maintenance man I call or go to the office if I have an issue and then Shane comes and fixes the issue I would recommend park terrace to anyone the community here is very friendly I had an issue in my apartment and Desiree came to check it out
In the past I would have NEVER gave a 5 start rating to this apartment complex.. Management was absolutely horrible. So much so that the whole first year me and my children moved in we couldn't even stay here due to the fact they moved us in with bugs and mice without acknowledging my request for extermination, meanwhile the whole time we were forced to live somewhere else until I finally got the health department involved. Not to mention all the non communication between me and management regarding other issues.. it caused ... read more
I have been here 11yrs and have seen alot of ppl come and go, But Desiree Baker is the best park manager that we've had, She always stands on her word and quick to Respond. Desiree is very good at her job.
Loving the new Management- Desiree Baker, she stays on top of it!
