They did construction over a month ago.They never cleaned up their mess.The kids are now throwing rocks and 2x4. .. The property manager pearl said that none of her concern that we need to contact corporate. Pearl said she's getting bombarded with this and my question to her was, well How come you haven't called corporate and told them? She said that's not her job. Pearl Is so rude. I could give you the names and numbers to at least 5 people that I'll tell you.Pearl is very rude to them. I don't even want to call the office.... read more

I've been living here for a few years. I am unhappy with the new manager. She seems to have no clue about what is going on with property. Communication is poor and it is difficult to get clear answers to simple questions. Steve the maintenance tech is great! He is always willing to help and does his part to take care of the property. The apartments are outdated and below average overall I would not recommend.
