The staff is amazing ,the two ladies in the offices. The property manager Elock went over and above,Even tho they didn’t have any 2bedrooms she recommended me to another property and said she would put me on the waitlist.
Park Tanglewood (and Wingate their parent company) lack integrity. They do not take care of their facilities, and when they hire contractors to do repairs or installs, they violate contracts and DO NOT PAY. They don't even bat an eye while people beg for their payments. It's disgusting. I would never recommend anyone give their business to such a terrible company.
