Dr Katrina Evans has been a great GP and helped with a variety of checks! Staff are kind and caring. Wait times have been minimal with almost every appointment being on time.
Both Dr Ben Winter and Dr Dinali Perera are wonderful and caring doctors. My family has always had a good experience with them and this practice. However I’ve recently had an unexpected negative experience regarding the billing of a telehealth appointment (a standard 5 minute telephone consultation for two referrals that was billed as an antenatal appointment) and the follow up of this by the practice manager Quynh. Great appointment with Ben for a skin check - really thorough and thoughtful. Didn’t feel like just another Medicare number to crank through like you do at some GPs!
I’ve started going to this clinic as it is near my new place. Dr Shilpa is wonderful! I feel heard and got answers for many of my long term health concerns. She is patient with me during long appointments and tries her best to sort as many things as she can for me. Reception lady is always friendly and sweet! Best medical clinic I’ve ever been to!
