Worst customer service I've ever seen! I called in the morning to confirm that they had in stock the item I was looking for. The person I spoke to confirmed that they indeed have it. I called again at around 9:30 and confirmed again that they have it and that I will be able to pick it up, which the person on the phone once again confirmed. I got to the store at 10:30 (it's a long trip for me, and I was desperate) and when I went in and asked for my item the lady said that even though they have it, she can't sell it to me. They are one of the best-run businesses I've ever seen. They have an enormous stock of items, are extremely helpful, and their sales people are tops. When I needed a wheelchair in 2003, they came and brought me one right away. Their prices are excellent.
