I've been in this doctor's since I was born. 75 years but it's getting worse. And has got worse since COVID you can't get an appointment, you have to phone at 8am other wise you can't get one . But then get a text to see if I want a flue jab to make an appointment. I could get one then ,then most times you get a phone call from the doctor instead of an appointment, how can they know what is wrong with you over the phone . In my experience, Park Road Surgery has consistently failed to provide timely and adequate access to GP services. Same-day appointments are almost impossible to obtain, even when calling before the advised 9 am deadline. On multiple occasions, I have been told the GP is fully booked and advised to try again the next day, which has resulted in worsening of ongoing health conditions.
