NOT ONLY SOCIETY & ENVIRONMENT IS VERY NICE BUT STAFF OF THE SOCIETY IS ALSO GOOD & CO-OPERATIVE.
These are OLD apartments being rented out for $1800+ i completed a tour here, the office personnel was very nice and hospitality BUT i had to go do the tour of the apartments myself because she was in the office alone. The community was dirty, trash piled infront of multiple apartment door. The interior floors of the apartments were DIRTY! They definitely do not do upkeep of these apartments. The service is not good and the stove doesn't work when we apply for the repair they come after one week and they don't even repair it properly, it's so frustrating when we are cooking something the stove gose blank and it turn off automatically.
I agree that Park Summit has been a nice place to live. I like that I can walk to work at the Regions Bank. The office staff and the maintenance people are easy to talk to about anything. The gym is ok, and the pool is nice.
