I agree that Park Summit has been a nice place to live. I like that I can walk to work at the Regions Bank. The office staff and the maintenance people are easy to talk to about anything. The gym is ok, and the pool is nice.
I just toured Park Summit and had a wonderful experience! The community was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This community is amazing! Betty is the manager there and she is so great, her customer service is top shelve and she really goes above and beyond for her residents. The maintenance team is excellent and so very reliable and responsive! I can’t say enough good things about this property and their staff!
