The experience at the office was acceptable, but my biggest disappointment here is that they do not practice informed financial consent, and I felt a bit taken advantage of. I was told by the dentist himself that my insurance was accepted (found later that it was not accepted via a bill). Most importantly, when the office found out that the insurance claim for a mouthguard was rejected, they did not reach out to me to ask whether to proceed. Great service, lovely employees and were very considerate with health precautions! Really appreciated the masking.

Front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude. Doctor was rushed and not very responsive. I was told I am unable to be seen anymore because I had to cancel due to being heavily pregnant and thought I'd be able to travel when making the appointments. Truly sad as this dentist is close and accepted mainecare.

A friendly, professional dental practice that doesn't feel like the industrial assembly lines some other practices have become. I appreciate the personal relationship I have with this office.
