I hate to go into details but!! I have a family member that went here who has been now denied her medication and has just had a suicide attempt!! In this current state of world youd think theyd understand how important mental health is!! obviously not here!
Do you enjoy being referred to specialists for apparent medical concerns, only to be turned away by the specialist with no explanation? Do you enjoy not receiving detailed information as to why you were turned away, even though you took the time to fill out their stack of papers when initially setting up your PCP appointment saying they may leave a detailed voicemail response? Extremely disorganized and poor communication. They're booked out far and then move your appt out even further for "schedule changes". Made it so I couldn't refill an rx for 2 months and didn't care at all.
I love getting to go here! I have an awesome primary care provider and look forward to appointments at Park Street Clinic. Staff are helpful, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Waiting area is clean and cozy, with lovely natural light streaming in big windows. A great practice all around!
When we come to a place of healing, we expect to be met with compassion, wisdom, and care. Instead, I was met with judgment, dismissal, and suffering. I walked into this clinic sick and in need of help, yet I was ignored, my words were twisted, and my dignity was overlooked. The Lord calls us to care for the sick, to listen with open hearts, and to treat others with the same grace He gives us daily. That was not what I received here.
