If I could give zero stars, I would. This shop's negligence put my life in danger. I had my car towed to Park Street Automotive with clear symptoms of a critical suspension failure: a violent lurch to the left when braking, a loud rumbling, and a worsening steering wobble. They ignored these critical safety symptoms and diagnosed only a noisy exhaust. When I questioned this, they were dismissive and, after the repair, told me to "take it on the freeway for a spin and see what happens." I took it to another shop for a second ... read more
Great service. Took my Truck in for an AC issue. They called me a couple hours later saying it was done. Didn’t try to upsell me for unnecessary services. Quick and easy. Lots of cars in the lot so very happy to have gotten a turnaround that quickly.
Never once been let down. Joe is the best mechanic I’ve ever worked with.
