I have been living at park station apartments for not even a year and during this timeframe, the staff members Antonio, maintenance, Rosibel, and Brook have been very supportive with any concerns I have had, maintenance requests, looking out for my fur babies, changing my locks due to a concern with someone, and much more. From my tour last year through this current time period, I am thankful for these staff members and they have consistently shown that they care about my concerns as a tenant. Brook deserves a raise!! Top notch service like no other lease agent. Also not to forget the assistant manager at the lease office. While the Manager was on PTO I had to sort out some matters, these two rockstars were just phenomenal in addressing them. Thank you very much once again! I hope the next big bonus comes your way!
