HI All, I do not live at Park Street Apartments but up the street on Park Ave and had packages delivered by mistake to the Park Station Apartments Mailroom by the Amazon lockers. I have no idea where is this can someone please help me? I have called the office a million times and can't get a hold of anyone only an automated voicemail. Thank you in advance!!
My sister whom lives here ordered a deep freezer near Christmas time because the price was decent. She needed that deep freezer for her autistic children's frozen food to go in being that they like to eat CERTAIN foods and one of your residents toke it upon themselves to take what didn't belong to them. The hub system needs better security system. I see that you guys respond to these reviews, so hopefully y'all can respond and find this deep freezer.
I have lived at Park Station for more than 3 years. This place has friendly neighbors and great office and maintenance staff. The staff always greet my dog and I even get a few treats for my pupper when we both visit the office. Most of my neighbors enjoy meeting my pup as well and I enjoy seeing their pups around the community. I also love that this community is so pet-friendly that they have poop bag stations all over the community that are kept stocked and the trash receptacles are also regularly emptied. Living in these apartments has been one of the best experiences for me and my family;we feel safe here. All the staff are very friendly,especially the maintenance team,who do excellent job. Samuel is one the most attentive people;he’s always there whenever we need something.
Without a doubt one of the best places to live is park station . The entire maintenance team provides excellent service, especially the manager Samuel who is very friendly . If you report a problem they are at your door in one hour He’s one of the kindest and most attentive people , he is always there when we need maintenance.
