We have been here for 3 years and never had an issue with anything. No problems with office taking my calls, returning my calls. We never have an issues with ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE. Sam - maintenance manager is awesome and never had any problems when I call and any of the guys. Arron- in office she is very good even when I was the one who was being rude and impossible to deal with she keep her composure and I brought her flowers to say sorry. So far awesome experience in the apartments. Only problem is elevators that is scare to be on them most of the time.
I got approved for an apartment and ten days before I am set to move they tell me I didn’t actually get approved. Had resident log in, resident email unit number ect and now I got an email asking for me to pay my rent???? I’ve been calling for 4.5 hrs and no one answers the phone.
Having lived here for almost 5 years it's awful. When there are no problems it can be fine but if you need something fixed it will sometimes be ignored for months and require you to go into the office to complain. Also, maintenance isn't supposed to be able to enter without permission but they will just let themselves in while you're sleeping to do work occassionally.
