I have been to the mall bank and even though they may always ask if I have an account, the business I work for does and I have had nothing but super nice tellers. Maybe you should be polite yourself, not saying you weren't, that is just my experience. Maybe I luck out and just get a nice teller

The company I worked for used this bank. Any businesses looking for a financial institution needs to run as fast from this location as possible!! The regular tellers are soooo rude, heaven forbid they get off thier chair to get money. Multiple times we were told they did not have enough one dollar bills for the cash withdrawal we requested. Even when our employees would say good morning and try to be pleasant the tellers would just ignore them and process our withdrawal request. We’ve been doing business with this bank for well over a decade . First time using this location . We will not be using this location again . Girls at the front counter are very rude and Un professional . My wife and I feel like closing are acount and doing business somewhere else .

Easily a 5 star bank! Unfortunately, I don't bank here, but had a check through them. It was very quick and painless. I enjoyed the short time with their expert customer service and defintely made my day a whole lot better! Personally the bank and I, just got lucky they got paired with two very pleasantly friendly employee's.
