Nice and quiet place, close to city and trams
I booked this place for a friend who was visiting Melbourne, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is excellent — close to the city and major attractions, easy to get around. The price is very reasonable for what you get, which makes it great value for money. While the building itself is a bit older, the room was modern, very clean, and well maintained. My friend was very happy with the stay. A small improvement could be updating the exterior, and slightly better soundproofing would make the stay even better.
Old but serviceable motel on Flemington Road. Our room was at the back so noise was not an issue. Rooms are adequate but not flashy. Wifi ok. Bathroom and water nice. Mini kitchen works but could be better. Fridge froze my drink, safe was locked and not fixed over 3 days there. Coffee was basic nescafe 'brick'. Towels and soaps replaced daily when room was tidied. Very close to freeway, trams and train. Basic 7-11 shop across the road.
Perfect location. Trams not too far away to go into the city
