Our family had a very bad stay due to bed bugs in the beds. We experienced multiple bites across our arms, legs, and bodies. It was clear the beds were infested. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: BED BUGS & BAD STAFF Review for room 16, late November 2025. Unclean room, when we entered it smelt like smoke & there were black hairs everywhere (see picture for one example). We should have listened to our gut and left the place, but we unfortunately didn't, and discovered 20+ BED BUGS crawling on us at 2am. We exited asap the room and contacted the property.
