We booked this hotel because it was so close to cbd and flemington racecourse where we had an event to attend. We were so happy with our accommodation. The room was clean and all our needs met. It was a quiet location. The beds were so comfortable 😌 The room looked freshly painted and was neat and tidy. Thankyou for our enjoyable stay. We will book here again in the future!
Called at 8:45pm on 4-3-26, spoken to rude receptionist. That person was not professional and should not be working in this sector where customer service is vital.
The house keepers do a good job, very clean, would happily stay again.
