Super friendly staff, will go far more out of their way to help you than anyone at a big chain pharmacy has the time for. Small pharmacies always seem to do it better. Love you guys 🫶
I started going to park square pharmacy about 2 years ago after a lifetime of patronage to CVS. Initially I started with park square because they had my medication readily in stock where CVS had to order it each month which was getting to be a hassle. I’ve stayed because of the customer service and care that comes from working with a local business. Can’t get an order correct.
Anyone in the area who goes anywhere else is out of their mind. When you call them, you get a live person, without being forced to battle an automated system first. They do their best to answer your questions. They care about their customers. If it were possible, I'd give them at least a thousand stars. Everyone used to know a local pharmacy they could trust, but big chains have destroyed that in many places. In this area, though, Park Square Pharmacy fills that role very well.
I am so much happier with the service at Park Square Pharmacy then any other pharmacy. I am treated with respect, courtesy and attention. The entire staff are hard working, caring people who are friendly, professional and kind. Very highly recommended!
