Ordered get well flowers for my friend and called in to ask the shop to help me leave a short note and the lady on the phone acted like I wasn’t worth her time or energy. Between hanging up on me, me calling her back and her yelling at me that she’s busy and can’t look up my order while she’s on the phone (??) and my friend receiving the flowers WITHOUT the note - DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. They treat paying customers like trash.
I live out of state and I ordered a dozen roses for my mom. She was very pleased.

I stopped in to discuss options for an arrangement to accentuate my mother's urn during her celebration of life service. I wanted something "non funeral", instead bright, and different. Park Square Florist delivered the most wonderful garland/wreath shape that was everything I could have imagined. They also provided an arrangement that accompanied the urn piece to be presented from my grandparents. The gentleman I spoke to was kind, patient and understanding of what I was asking for.
