Physical therapy is a tricky practice to get right but Park Sports was actually exceptional. Workouts were personalized but the entire atmosphere feels social and friendly. All types of injuries and patients getting better at the same time. I worked with Megan for most of my sessions (although everyone there is great) and she was phenomenal at treating my torn MCL. Idk if it’s relevant but she is from upstate NY and loves musicals which I’m mostly adding so you know that I didn’t write this with AI.
I had a really great evaluation with edward. After a few quick movements he could pinpoint right away what was wrong and gave me a great care plan for recovery. He was super knowledgeable and helpful
Sorry, I never post reviews, but I just had to for my first PT experience ever. TLDR: I love this place. The team at Ivy Rehab in Williamsburg is amazing -- Megan, Bing, Declan, and Efrain feel like family. They want you to achieve success and recover from your injury. My patellar tendon rupture in late January 2026 felt incredibly overwhelming both physically and mentally, but starting PT here in February, and the numerous subsequent visits, have felt so rewarding and I've made significant progress in my healing. I was referred here by two different friends, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.
