I've been coming into Park Sports a couple times a week to rehab a strained calf for about 8 weeks and had a great experience. Rahaman had a great specific and varied exercise plan for me every session that helped me get back to my activities as soon as possible.
Megha has been a life saver for me! When I began physical therapy, I was in so much neck / shoulder pain I could barely bend over or turn my head. I’m not only doing better physically because of the treatment program she developed for me, the absence of pain has greatly improved my mental health and allowed me to pursue my hobbies (such as choir) that I’d had to pause on because of the pain. I highly recommend Megha and this physical therapy practice as a whole!

Megha is such a fantastic PT! I came in a few weeks ago with extreme vertigo. I couldn’t even lift my head without the room spinning. Luckily Megha specializes in the vestibular system. She was able to identify the specific type of vertigo and started me on some exercises to do at home along with some additional visits to gauge progress. As time progressed I started feeling better and better. Thanks to her expertise I am now completely dizziness-free! Thank you Megha!
