I was experiencing serious knee pain that wouldn’t go away (my doctor kept insisting I only needed to rest/ice it which felt impossible being a SAHM of two toddlers). I've been going to Park Sports/Ivy Rehab weekly since May to rehab a stress fracture, and have had such a positive experience from the start! Monet and Sayda have been awesome—super knowledgeable, kind, and always adjusting things based on how I'm feeling - honestly, they've been far more helpful than my other doctors during this recovery process. I’m about to be discharged and while I’m excited to be back to running, I’ll genuinely miss coming in. Huge thanks to everyone there - highly recommend!

Megha is fantastic! She helped me over a 5-6 week period to what seems like a full recovery.
