I’ve been here for multiple different injuries, and while the multiple different injuries have sucked, my PT experience was great! I have mainly worked with Carmelo, who is knowledgeable, attentive, and the right balance of sympathetic and tough love. When I’ve occasionally seen another therapist, they have been great as well. The physical therapist that I met with, Ellis, listened to what I had to say and she came up with a care plan that will be very beneficial.
Masoom was wonderful as was the whole team. They got me back to playing tennis with no shoulder pain. The doctor I saw toward the end was very impressed with the correct diagnosis being made by Ivy without an MRI and more importantly with the results.
