My therapist is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. My only issue is that the bathroom needs cleaning on a regular basis.
I had a great experience with Masoom. She did my initial evaluation, estimated length of time for treatment, which was spot on, and then vastly improved my injury over 12 weeks. Very knowledgeable and a kind demeanor. Highly recommend!
I had my physical therapy session on Saturday, November 21, 2025, and it went pretty well. We (Felix & Mark) worked on strengthening and flexibility exercises, and my therapist helped me push just enough without overdoing it. Some parts were challenging, but I noticed small improvements that remind me I’m moving in the right direction. Recovery takes time, but I’m proud of the progress I’m making.
