The staff is rude and inconsiderate. These are not low income. People are moving out because they can’t afford it. Rents goes up every year. Many homeless sleeping in front of your front door step, but staff does nothing to fix that. They can install a fence around the property but they refuse. Light bulbs outside are burned out and never replaced yet they claim no one told them about it. It’s their job to check every bulb.
