I currently live here and I haven’t even been here a month. My AC has only worked for two days and it’s still not fixed, there’s roaches, and my car has been broken into. Nobody in the office will answer your phone call or return your voicemail. Save yourself the Time and don’t come here. Big mistake on my end.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STAY AWAY!!! The WORST complex I have EVER lived in!!! Where do I even begin? Should I start with the fact that the apartments are infested with roaches and black mold? Or the fact that BATS live in the roof, nest on your patio, and when they die and rot on your porch, maintenance refuses to come and remove literal rabies-infested biohazards? This was my first apartment when I moved to Jacksonville, and it was a pretty unpleasant experience for most of the year I lived there. This was all I could afford at the time by myself, and did not view it ahead of time, so I know you get what you pay for. THE DAY I MOVED INTO the apartment, the carpet had FLEAS.
