As someone who has never had issues with a complex/ management in my entire rental history, this experience has left me disgusted. I read prior negative reviews before move in regarding management and wrote it off as poor tenants. I can truly say anyone debating this complex would be better off with any other option. They have done nothing to clear the parking lot and it’s honestly just pathetic. We’re having to shovel our own parking spots because literally nothing has been done to allow us to get out of the parking lot. We will absolutely not be renewing our lease. This has been a terrible experience.
Water came pouring in from another unit from light fixture, closet ceiling and the circuit breaker. How are we (including an infant!) supposed to live in an apartment with two industrial fans blowing and a giant dehumidifier in the living room? We can't! We are people, not just paychecks! But thanks to the maintenance team for fast response.
Safe location and nicely renovated units. Some of the response time is slow in the front office but better than some places.
Its a great place to live i would suggest to anyone to move in here
