Can't get through and when you do you can't get an appointment for weeks. Waiting for a cancer diagnosis and it's been 3 weeks since my step father's records show stage 2 cancer but no GP has bothered to call him. Missed a call while attending a scan at the hospital so now have to wait another week and a half for a call back! Absolutely disgraceful.

Rude and arrogant, closes before time. Keeps chatting to each other when patients are waiting. Doesn't listen properly and take down instructions incorrectly. Leaves the phone ringing whilst they are chatting to colleagues and they have just hung up on me at times. I've rarely seen the These are some of the things I've experienced

Took our newborn son for his immunisations here. We walked in 5 mins late due to having to find parking off the premises. Checked in and sat down before being told 5 mins later that we wouldn't be seen due to being late. Really disappointing service to have no grace given to a newborn (every establishment I've ever been to has given 5 mins grace minimum) not to mention time taken off work to attend.

Almost useless. Difficult to get an appointment, some of the staff is rude, even if you are the first in line when you ring them, takes ages to answer.
