We just rented a parking spot and storage unit, and Rosemary was extremely helpful and professional.
Rosemary was very helpful. I initially contacted the company through email and she answered promptly and with all the necessary details. Once at the premises she answered all my questions and explain the process and policies patiently. I appreciate her service.
Have had a great experience. Rosemary was amazing to work with and the second I noticed an issue in my unit I was asigned a new one within the hour. She's very helpful, responsive and on top of it. The reminder emails are fantastic so I never forget when a payment is due, I get plenty of heads up :]
One of worst experiences of my life dealing with a business. Was promised a rate and that "maybe go up $50 a year " was exact statement . Turns out every 4 months went up $100. They even got my email address wrong so i didnt get these alerts. So many other issues and problems dont have time to explain. Place is a wreck, full of potholes , trash absolute mess as well.
