Technician Mike texted an update with his arrival time, diagnosed and solved the issue with the hot water heater, and suggested more routine maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Will definitely use this team moving forward.
The circulator pump on my hot water heater was shot, and it was fixed quickly at a fair price. George was very responsive on the phone and via text.. Mike, the technician, then quickly reached out to me to schedule the appointment for the same day. Mike was on time, friendly, and competent. He removed and replaced the pump in about an hour. Very happy with the experience.
