Tl;dr Very nice people, very nice service, loved the customer desk and front desk they were really incredible! I just 1) didn't get glasses 2) my prescription was inaccurate. My low rating is just from 2 things: 1) They didn't give me glasses. They verified my insurance included me getting a pair of glasses and they just didn't give me glasses. When I went back and asked to get a script for my regular contacts they said that they couldn't do this because they'd only done a script for the daily's and that I'd have to come in and pay for another exam in order to get these. Would've appreciated hearing t... read more
