Absolutely terrible experience one year ago — writing this because I’m due for a new prescription and am reminded of why I won’t be returning. I went in for an eye exam in order to replace my older pair, as I was due for updated lenses after two years. I was also hoping to have a prescription closer to the contacts I’d been wearing for the past year and a half for reference. The glasses they ordered for me were horrendous. Staff was welcoming, professional. Doctor was thorough, patient. Gave clear explanations. She answered my questions/concerns. Positive experience!
Walked in for a repair and got out in 5 minutes and service on the house, amazing quality and service!!
