I had an amazing experience at Park Slope Cardiac and Diagnostic Services. They had everything on site to run their test and Dr. Ahmad and the staff was wonderful.
Dr. Ahmad is thorough, asks lots of questions and is clear in communicating with you. Office is a little busy, but moves along quickly enough. They do a pretty good job of keeping things moving, even if you have multiple tests. Staff is helpful and courteous even when busy.
I had a very disappointing experience at this office and would not recommend it to others. First, I was contacted two or three times to change my appointment time, which was already inconvenient. Then, despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled time to see the doctor. The front desk staff informed me it would take 15 minutes to see the doctor, followed by an additional hour or more to determine the tests the doctor would recommend. Dr Ijaz Ahmed is very pleasant, generous, competent, talented and highly professional. I am glad that l came to him with high blood pressure and with his guidance and change of medication, now l feel better with normal blood pressure.
