This place does not follow ups access point protocol. Will def be calling ups to ask my packages never be left here. Husband went to pick up package and was denied even though he had the info notice and his id last name and address matched what was on the box as the addressee. I’m in Mexico and we really need this part for our cat genie litter box!!! So frustrating 😡
Business owner double dip/ charge transaction on card and then says it didn't go thru so he can charge you twice. On Friday 07/28/2024 @ approximately 11 am, I was charged $9 on my debit card for the purchase of 7 Swisher sweet grapes. Once in my car the owner came running to my car telling me it didn't go thru while in my bank's phone application it showed it went thru.
