The walls are paper thin. But the rent is cheap and the amenities are great!
This building has good amenities & rent prices for being basically downtown Denver, therefore I liked living there. However, I personally had a lot of issues with unit 106 & Rozeboom has really poor customer service & everyone has the attitude that they really couldn’t care less about you as tenant paying them money, much less as a human being having problems with their product/service. I had to send a follow up email to every email I sent to get a response from someone, & no one ever answered the phone. I lived in the same ... read more
