We had our system serviced by Tony. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and solve our issues. He was very friendly and had our system up and running within 15 minutes. Customer Service can make or break a company and with employees like Tony, Park Security is top notch.
Tony came out and serviced our system after having several malfunctions. He was polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions we had and was very personable. People like Tony make a company like this top notch.

My service technician Tony just did an annual inspection on my system. He also helped install the system a few years ago. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He is very careful in my house too which I appreciate very much.
Tony Illig was phenomenal. He’s been here before on a couple of occasions for help with battery replacements and other routine maintenance. He replaced our ~25 year old GE panel after a catastrophic fail last Thursday morning. Tony re-programmed every detection point and then patiently walked us thru instructions on our new panel.
