A big thanks to Mark and John on the installation of the Security System at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Tyrone. Placed a phone call this morning about an issue with our alarm system and a tech was at our business in less than 2 hours. Problem was fixed in no time! The lady I spoke with the phone was extremely polite, as was the tech that resolved our issue. We have had Park security for almost 2 decades and they have been nothing but knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. We’ve actually recommended them to other business owners as well as family members for home security.
Marc did a fantastic job setting up my system and was very helpful and explained everything to me and did it in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
Tony has been to our house twice. Once for the initial install and once to add a deadbolt to our garage. He is professional, knowledgeable, punctual and answered all my questions with a smile.
