I was poised to cancel Park Security bc I feel like they are “fee based” to the point of ignoring Customer Service…ENTER Jeremy! He called (I had scheduled to cancel as I had recently paid over 300. for an off line issue…went out of town/cameras stopped working)…was not going to pay another over $300. fee. Was set mentally to ignore the call but the Park Security phone person was so nice and so is Jeremy. Park Security, and specifically our Technician Tony, are an essential part of our operation. They offer excellent service! The office and technical team is always responsive, even to my stupid questions.
A big thanks to Mark and John on the installation of the Security System at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Tyrone. They were very professional, left the church spotless, and explained things about the system use very well. We are hoping to have many years with Park Security. Placed a phone call this morning about an issue with our alarm system and a tech was at our business in less than 2 hours. Problem was fixed in no time! The lady I spoke with the phone was extremely polite, as was the tech that resolved our issue. We have had Park security for almost 2 decades and they have been nothing but knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. We’ve actually recommended them to other business owners as well as family members for home security.
