I’ve been a loyal client of Sara’s for 8 years because her talent and skill with hair are undeniable. However, the inconsistency in scheduling, frequent cancellations, unclear policies, lack of communication, and absence of pricing transparency have made the overall experience incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
