Excelente hotel, muy confortable y limpio
The rooms have mold everywhere ac units barely work maintenance take their sweet time management sucks they have a attitude cause the lady can’t barely walk the only good thing this hotel have is the front desk and the housekeeper beware anyone can walk inside the pool and swim without been a guest at this hotel and there’s a lot of homeless people around
Booked a week long stay, and it was ok. Definitely nothing to rave about. Some things definitely need work. One of the days they left the dirty towels hanging and just gave us 2 fresh ones. The beds were nicely made but one pillowcase did have blood on it. They never refilled the tissues. There were spiderwebs on the lamp the whole time we were there. Staff was very nice and answered any request right away. You get 1 complementary breakfast and if you wanted it for another day it would cost extra. The pool was nice and clean... read more
Great value and great service. We were very jetlagged when we arrived and although they were having a few problems with their system they helped us book a second night and were very professional. As for the facilities. They had a beautiful pool that was heated and the kids didn't want to get out. The rooms were large and clean. Quiet throughout our stay amd clever curtains that let the sunlight in but you couldn't see through from outside. They also had a gym that didn't gmhave a lot of machines but was enough for a workout.... read more
The Ambassador Room at first glance is spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for a cozy stay. However, the air conditioning units are a serious issue: the excessive humidity left the floors damp and forced us to keep our clothes inside the suitcases, since if we left them out overnight, they would be completely wet by the morning.
