I signed my contract with Park Royal Homes in February 2022 and selected all my flooring, appliances, and upgrades in June 2022, with possession originally promised for February 2023. I have never experienced such an unacceptable level of service from a builder before. Park Royal has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect toward its customers. There has been no proper follow-up, no meaningful communication, and no effort to correct the mistakes that were made. Despite collecting payments, the company has failed to provide the services that were promised and has refused to issue a refund for charges related to work that was never completed. Utterly disappointed with customer service and build quality. Within an year of possession, the vinyl siding is coming off. It happened a couple of times within the first 2yrs already. Customer The customer service team didn't respond despite multiple emails. My neighbor also purchased the home from Park Royal homes in Glenridding ravine and they went through hell because of numerous issues with their home. We got the house in beaumont, between almost 2 years and they haven't come in to fix multiple things that I need and attention. they never replied. The company is very terrible after purchasing the home. A buyer stay way from this company, i went personally to their office with all the concerns that I had.I talked to miles cohan same say the guys just doesn't care about at all
