I like that you don't have to go to board meetings to know what's happening here. The board makes every opportunity to keep us informed a positive one. And of course they could be voted out if necessary, Ha Ha!
What a horrible place to live they won’t let you do anything! no solar panels no back up generators but the rules don’t apply to board members they wouldn’t let me go swimming because I’m a disabled Jew. You can’t work on your car. You should read the rules before you move in here. They love to spray lots of poison on the grass but no dogs are allowed on the grass!
We moved to Park Row 5 years ago and love it! Beautiful surroundings, great amenities and wonderful neighbors.
We have lived in Park Row 27 years. Have had good and bad times, but mostly good. Love the area and my neighbors are fantastic. O would highly recommend living here.
Lived here for over twenty years. Best thing I ever did. Love my neighbors, love my house, love the community. Everything is right here-retail, restaurants, hospitality, LIRR, easy access to major highway, even the post office is in walking distance.
