Absolutely unacceptable customer service standards ! One staff member is incredibly rude uncaring and abusive towards customers and his service team. Better to run a leaner crew than to loose business because of negative customer experiences. This company have not allowed customers to enter the seating area since COVID and prefers to leave them at a wicket in the elements in order to discuss services and take your money .
