Very disappointed with my last encounter there. Used them three times. First time they fixed an issue with a misfiring cylinder and all went well other than having to wait two weeks for an opening in their schedule. Second time was for an oil change and tune up. Picked up the car and other than the receipt, there was no paperwork to say what work they had actually done and the mechanic wasn’t around.
