I would NEVER purchase a condo from these developers! I’m living in a brand new one now, that they “finished” in December 2024. There’s nothing but quietly quitting promised projects, massive inefficiencies throughout 280 units. They moved people in well before they should have- they should’ve finished and fixed 100’s of things before moving people in. The front door to our building are ALWAYS broken. Dear buyers, unfortunately I’m in a mess and want to express out my genuine review here so that at least a few can read through this and buy a home carefully by avoiding this mess. I’ve only attached a few deficiencies here if I had to add everything then we will have about 20+ pictures.
