Very collaborative and empathetic practice, dr was very caring, supportive and respectful
I am a regular patient at Park Ridge Medical and usually receive excellent care, but my recent experience with this Dr Kadiatou Diabagate was highly disappointing. The clinic was quiet, yet the consultation felt incredibly rushed and dismissive. The doctor began the session by completing unrelated computer paperwork, and the physical exam for my ankle pain was minimal at best. On the 17th of April, I attended the practice to have Dr Michael clean my left ear which is the first time that I have ever had any problems. He did a good job, but then he went over to laugh and joke with one of the male RN's and he sent me on the way. The problem was that he never checked to see what caused the problem in the first place and this is after I had told him that it had never happened before.
