I have been here for over 5 years but Understand their is Certain problems. There is some Very Decent people here but also some Noncompliant ones . There is No Perfect place. I like New The Management and the Maintenance Man.Just be Patient and Understand Better things are coming in the Near Future. Well Wishes.
I currently live here and I like it alot. It's quiet, no one bothers you. The apartments are a little out dated but there is new management and they have already started remodeling the apartments. I have already seen very good progress with the maintenance man Larry. He's always walking around making sure the property looks nice and when you have something that needs fixed he's on it. These apartments are infested with mice, roaches & ants REALLY BAD. not to mention that there's thousands and thousands of cats outside so you have no peace enjoying your porch because of the cat feces in surrounding you thinking that you're going to feed them NOT EXAGGERATING. the MOLD is so bad that you can see it on the outside of the building coming through the brick wall/it's all through the apartments the kitchen the bathrooms & there's holes in every corner you can think of.
