I was on vacation in Walker and I ripped a contact. I called Park Rapids Walker Eye Clinic and they took amazing care of me. They gave me 2 new contacts just to make sure I was good for the rest of my vacation. I was so far from home (Colorado) and scared I would not be able to see. But they came to my rescue! Amazing customer service!!! I can not say Thank you enough!!

I switched to this office after moving to Park Rapids. I suppose the eye doctor was ok, but both times I've been to the clinic the receptionists have not been friendly, nor during any of the phone interactions. I won't say they are outwardly rude--but they've never smiled at me and when discovering a costly (to me) error they made, I was not offered even a simple apology or assurance that they would fix the issue.
