I switched to this office after moving to Park Rapids. I suppose the eye doctor was ok, but both times I've been to the clinic the receptionists have not been friendly, nor during any of the phone interactions. I won't say they are outwardly rude--but they've never smiled at me and when discovering a costly (to me) error they made, I was not offered even a simple apology or assurance that they would fix the issue. Park Rapids Eye Clinic is by far the best eye clinic I have gone to. I appreciate the doctors and technicians who are very thorough. I've never had issues with my eyes until I was over 40 and they have given me the best experience from the exam to picking glasses. Thank you!!!
