I was on vacation and broke a tooth and went to this clinic to see if they could take a look at it. I did not have an appointment so I was not sure if they would be able to help me. Dr. Nelson was able to get me in to look at my tooth. She informed me up front that she would not be able to completely fix the problem but she would be able to make it better until I was able to return home from vacation for a permanent fix. Where do I start?? Dr. Andersen is very down to earth, very professional & a great dentist. The hygenist was very friendly & understanding. Dr. Andersen explained each step of the extraction. I felt very comfortable the whole time. The front receptionist is a huge asset to this office! She is remarkable! She was great with getting me scheduled & called to see how I was doing the next day. A+++ & highly recommended!
Dr. Anderson is a wonderful dentist. He has been my dentist for years!! Carol, the hygienist, is also really great. She takes her time with you and explains everything she will be doing, which coming from a health care background is extremely important!! Her explaining everything helps as well if going to the dentist makes you nervous and anxious! Carol is also really friendly and caring!!! Highly recommend both the Dr and Carol!!!! Great job!!!
