Best spot to park anything you have. RV, boat, and tractor trailers (Semi Trucks). Great prices for one day or all year round.
Be careful, when this guy says its prorated, he means if you keep your stuff for a couple days ONLY, you pay for the whole month...thats what prorated means in his mind when he talks to you.
