Do not move here, this place doesn't care about there tenants and will do anything possible to ignore you. They don't answer the phones if there are any concerns and if you leave a message no one will return your calls. They also don't enforce their policies, allowing contractors to do what they want with no repercussions. The rent is high and I would look else where for living in this city.
POS management and landlords, awful bullies. My power does not work and Ive put in work orders for 9 years now but they just want me out so they won’t replace my moldy disintegrated carpet, the fuse box has never been fixed or opened since 1969 and no longer runs, the power goes off every hour. Extremely Unsafe Living Conditions – Beware I’m writing this review out of deep concern for the safety of my family and others in this building managed by Park Property Management. In the middle of the night, my front door was violently attacked with a sledgehammer by a neighbour under the influence of drugs, putting my entire family in danger. I currently live here and the staff doesn't care, the superintendent doesn't want to work and will break the law whenever he wants. I can no longer get ahold of my superintendent at all as he changed the number and even the company gives me the same number. Very high rent and low quality. DO NOT COME HERE, if there is an apartment for $200-300 more then go there because they only want your money. They will also ignore you when you tell them any issues the superintendent does and they will threaten you with a charge if you do... read more
do not move here I repeat do not move here. I’m not saying this because my application was denied. I live in this unit. They do not upkeep it. There is copious amounts Of mould in building 140 please save yourself your money and live somewhere half decent not to mention they discriminate against people with disabilities in this building!
